About the PiYo classes

PiYo is a music driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates. It moves through yoga poses quickly to offer flexibility training as well as conditioning. Combine that with the strength training aspect and dynamic movement properties of Pilates and you have a fast-paced, cardiovascular program that leaves you feeling strong, flexible and relaxed all at the same time!
